In accordance with the changes to Pennsylvania’s Child Protective Services Law, the Brandywine Girls Softball League is requiring that all coaches complete:
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Clearance
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance from the Department of Human Services

The PSP clearance and the Child Abuse clearance are $10.00 each.
- In addition, complete the FBI waiver form https://bhgsl.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/FBI-Criminal-History-Clearance-Exemption-Form.pdf If the coach has not been a Pennsylvania resident continuously for the past 10 years, they must complete the FBI fingerprint clearance located on the previously mentioned DHS site. This is not required if you have been a PA resident, continuously, for the past 10 years.
